"Good Morning America" had confirmed the tour of Spears and it also telecast two taped pieces of the pop diva performing in San Francisco. This tour has already received a set back of its touring partner Enrique Iglesias dropping out. The actual reasons have not yet been ascertained however it is rumored that Iglesias is currently more focused on his own complete production rather than being a mere support act.
When it comes to Britney Spears, she was last seen in tour for the 2008 album "Circus". This Tour was one of her successful ones as it managed to earn $120 million over 84 shows. These figures were released by Billboard.
There is another news relating to Spears and that is she is ready to guest host Wango Tango the annual concert that is put up by the Los Angeles Top 40 station KIIS. The concert is scheduled to kick off on the 14th of May at The Staples Center. There are currently no confirmation and reports on whether Spears will be performing. There is speculation that she will not as promoters are saving the excitement for her concert at the same spot after two months.
Currently there are reports that the Star has asked her sponsors to postpone the date of the Femme Fatale Tour. The singer asked her sponsors to push back the dates as she was not feeling ready. She needs more time for preparation and is keen to set the dates during the later part of the year. Spears is known to be a perfectionist and this is the reason why she has decided to devote more time to herself before she kicks off the tour. She is aware that she needs to compete with big names like Rihanna and Lady Gaga and so this is the reason why she needs more time. Jackson was concerned that the body style of the new guitar was too radical for the typical Charvel customer. Jackson and Rhoads agreed to putting Jackson's name on the new guitar instead of the Charvel name.
In addition to the guitar being heavy, it was also a big instrument and looked somewhat like a chopped up Gibson Flying-V. Rhoads decided that he wanted a more elegant, distinctive design. As a result he and Jackson again got together and spent hours coming up with a revamped design. The result was a much sleeker, more elegant design with an even shorter lower wing making the design much more distinctive. An added benefit of the design was that the body was more slender than the original, making it easier to reach the higher frets. The new guitar was not only the birth of the Jackson Rhoads electric guitar but also the birth of Jackson Guitars.
